For safety and health concerns, we only have limited team members on-site to process all the returns. Please allow extra processing time. For all the returns received, our team is processing them as soon as possible.

For all of the orders placed online and in showroom, we accept items in their original condition, with complete packaging and tags attached for any return. You have 15 days after receiving your items to apply for a return request and send back the items from the shipping date to be eligible. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping fee for returns at this moment.
Please note that all accessories, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ and ‘FLASH SALE’ are non-returnable. We do not accept returns if there is visible stain, marks, smears, tears or any damage of the returned item(s).
Returns can take up to five business days to process. In busy seasons, changes may take longer to process. Returns are subject to inventory availability.
Limit 1 return per order unless your return issue demands quality control.
To request returns online, follow these easy steps:
1. Make sure you comply with our exchange conditions. The pieces must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all labels attached. We cannot accept the exchange of your parts otherwise.
2. Send the items you want to change or return to the address that we'll give you when contacting us. Make sure you get the tracking number of the package. We cannot accept your package if we do not have the tracking number.
3. Send us the tracking number to our email. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will be happy to exchange your purchase for a different size or give you a credit in our online store to use for purchases of equal or greater value than the changed pieces.

Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be valid for any exchanges.
We do not offer refunds for any of our garments, please follow our size guide or contact us by if you have any questions to ensure that the pieces fit you perfectly.
** Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewelry.
* Please try your footwear on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with any marks or scratches. Make sure to return them in their original packaging.
