We do our best to ship all orders the same day they're placed, but we cannot guarantee this will happen. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be picked up by the transport company at our facilities.
Once your order is shipped, it will take between 3 and 4 business days to arrive at your door.
Orders placed in Bogotá, will arrive the same day, if it is made before noon; or the next day if it is made after this time.
In order to track your package, you will receive an e-mail in which we will give you the tracking code of your shipment once it is collected so that you can know where your pieces are at any time.
